4. Accessibility Compliance

AccessWidget is a user-facing tool designed to improve individual viewing experiences. It does not automatically make your website compliant with WCAG, ADA, or any other legal accessibility requirements. Website owners are still fully responsible for auditing and fixing the underlying source code of their websites to achieve true compliance.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the widget constitutes agreement to such modifications.
